Bachelor's degree in:

• Computer Science
• Artificial Intelligence
• Mathematics
• or a closely related discipline

Academic Requirements

Minimum of 120 ECTS in Computer Science and Mathematics combined, including:

The mathematics requirement should include subjects such as:

• Mathematics
• Theoretical Computer Science

Four-Year Degree Rule

Applicants with a four-year bachelor's degree from non-ECTS systems can still qualify.

The university states that the 120 ECTS requirement is considered fulfilled if approximately two-thirds of the completed coursework is in Computer Science and Mathematics-related subjects.

Academic Performance

Applicants must have:

• German grade 2.7 or better

OR

• Be within the top 70% of their graduating class.

Applicants using the second option should provide an official ranking certificate from their university (e.g., rank 40 out of 120 students).

Independent Academic Project

Applicants must have completed an independent academic project worth at least 10 ECTS.

Required:

• English abstract of the final-year project/thesis
• Link or copy of the complete report
